Shipping Policy

Because we stock all of our items, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day!

We are also upfront about our shipping costs. Because we use a cost based shipping rate, you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take extreme care in packaging each order.


All items are shipped by either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders that are $50 or more are eligible for free shipping.

Shipping delay notice: Our carriers are reporting delays due to the effects of COVID-19. In some cases, up to 10 days from the usual delivery date. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Please allow 5-10 days for your tracking to show movement.

We have a 30 day return policy. Return your items within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund.

We’re sure you’ll be happy with our high quality products. But if for any reason you’re not 100% in love with it, we’ll take it back, no questions asked. Simply reply to your order email or contact us to start a return. 

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Partial refunds are given if the item is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We don’t accept returns or give refunds for damaged items after 30 days. If your item arrived damaged, contact us immediately.

Applicable Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. If approved the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. 

Return Shipping

To return your product please contact us through the contact page here or email us at [email protected] and we will send you the return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Order Cancellation

In order to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests after the 24 hour period won’t be accepted.
